FUNDRAISERS
Our events are community fundraisers to help us run our programs. House of Vegas Pride Festival, BIPOC Vegas, and our House of Love Resource & Job Fair. 60% goes back into the BIPOC community events, 30% to families that require assistance, 10% administrative, Capacity, and Infrastructure.

HOUSE OF VEGAS PRIDE FESTIVAL
Our mission is to produce an annual festival that provides a space with national exposure for LGBTQ non-profit organizations to host fundraisers. We will strengthen community cultural connections through urban entertainment events while promoting unity, nonconformity, resources, awareness, and activities for all. We party with a purpose. HOUSE OF LOVE CAREER & RESOURCE FAIR
We offer the Las Vegas LGBT community to connect directly with employers to apply for jobs that are diverse and inclusive when it comes to hiring people for positions available. Attendees will learn about open opportunities from participating corporations. Past companies that participated have been MGM International Resorts, City of Las Vegas, Clark County Government Center, and Workforce Nevada, Phoenix Staffing and more. Our goal is to create equitable connections to help people receive financial stability.

WORKSHOPS & JOB TRAINING
We provide various workshops to include job training that help people in the LGBT community to increase opportunity for employment. Courses that help with resume building, how to interview in person/phone, and learn about benefits available once receiving employment.

BIPOC VEGAS
An exclusive community that provides a variety of events for free or at a discount to help connect the Las Vegas LGBT community. Vegas is a transient town and it can be hard to meet like-minded individuals or other families. Our events provides access to socialize in a safe space.

SCHOLARSHIP GALA
Social Influence Foundation is passionate about helping our young adults 18-24 get a jump start to life. Our gala awards people with start up funds that will help with getting a new apartment, books for college, or starting that new business.
COMMUNITY PARTNER
Sum of Us places diversity, inclusion, and empowerment at the fore of our wellness goals, and we are so honored to have cultivated a strong team with unique skills to make Sum of Us Festival possible. We would also like to take the time to thank our network of volunteers, contract workers, and associates who help Sum of Us on a daily basis.
Sum of Us is donating a portion of their proceeds to the Social Influence Foundation to support our aligned community programming.
